Our services
ABONY LLC provides one-on-one online business consulting covering strategy, operations, sales growth and business financial planning. Sessions take place via Zoom or Google Meet. Each session is 30 minutes. Packages include the sessions and deliverables described on our services page and payment website. No physical goods are shipped.
Scope and payment
Review the service scope and price before purchasing. Fixed-price packages are listed in USD. For bespoke engagements, the scope, number of sessions, deliverables and price must be agreed with your consultant before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe or Square on pay.abony.us. The terms shown on the payment website and any specific written engagement agreement govern your purchase.
Scheduling and rescheduling
After payment, we email you within one business day to schedule your sessions. Sessions should be used within 90 days of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice by email.
Refunds and cancellations
As stated on our payment website, consulting payments are final and non-refundable. Professional consulting time is reserved specifically for you; this policy includes sessions that are not used or not scheduled. Review the package details and ask any questions before paying.
If you are charged twice for the same order or charged an amount different from the amount you authorized, email info@abony.us with your payment reference so we can correct the error. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nature of our advice
Our consulting provides general business guidance based on the information you supply. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Business results are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for obtaining qualified professional advice where needed.
Confidentiality
We keep information you share during sessions confidential and use it to provide the services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Website use
Use this website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or security. Website content is provided for general information. For the current scope of a specific engagement, refer to the package details and your written agreement.
App purchases
These consulting payment and refund terms do not govern purchases through the Apple App Store. App purchases are subject to the applicable store and app terms. For assistance with an ABONY app, contact us through our support page.
